May 18, 2026 The County Commissioners of Queen Anne’s County met this date pursuant to its last adjournment and there were present: James J. Moran Jack N. Wilson, Jr. Patrick McLaughlin Philip L. Dumenil Christopher M. Corchiarino MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. QUEEN ANNE’S COUNTY COMMISSIONERS FY2027 PROPOSED BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING: Mr. Todd Mohn, PE, County Administrator reviewed the proposed FY2027 County Budget Presentation. The following persons spoke: 1. Benoit Cosssart – Property taxes 2. Dr. Matt Kibler – Thanked the Commissioners 3. Janet Salazar – Thanked the Commissioners 4. Rebecca Donovan – Mental Health Programs in Schools 5. Bridget Heekin – Commissioners Budget 6. Karl Yusavitz – Mental Health/Suicide prevention in the Schools 7. Jesse Knight – Thanked Commissioners for Lights at Batts Neck 8. Barbara Dawson – Thanked Commissioners for Parks and Rec Project 9. Mary Sloane – Mental Health Programs in Schools 10.Gurpreet Saini – Mental Health Programs in Schools The Board made closing remarks.
